Over the last 10 years, we’ve been writing CVs for jobseekers all across Asia. Job-hunting is a really stressful process. In today’s complex market, many talented jobseekers are lost and unable to land interviews. We’re here to help.

Our team specialises in understanding each client’s unique career, coming up with a strategy to competitively position them in the market, and craft all their job application documents.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a full time staff to help out with Customer Service at ResumeWriter.SG

The role includes:
– Customer Support Emails
– Answering Customer Calls
– Giving clients feedback on their CV (we’ll provide training)
– Assigning new orders on our website to our CV writers.
– 9am – 6pm daily (GMT +8 Singapore timezone)
– Part Time role. 1 or 2 Days Each Week.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a really fun person and can show that bubbly persona through great emails and the occasional 5 minute phone call.

You’re fanatic about solving customer’s problems and making them walk away delighted.

You’ve got an eye for great grammar, syntax and wordsmithing (we’re a writing services company after all)

Application Process

This is a part time job. (1 to 2 days each week)
You can work from home or anywhere with an internet connection.
Office Hours are 9am – 6pm Singapore time
Prefer candidates with passion for HR / career coaching

No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
